In celebration of
Wilmington’s Twenty-First Annual Clifford Brown Jazz Festival,
the Delaware Historical Society is pleased to present
Clifford Brown: Wilmington’s Jazz Immortal.

During his short life, Clifford Brown impressed the world with his dazzling trumpet solos and his sterling character. Our exhibition comes from a collection of Clifford Brown memorabilia donated to the Delaware Historical Society by Paul Preston Davis.

The exhibition ran from May 26 through September 19, 2009 - it is CLOSED
at the Delaware Historical Society, 505 Market Street, Wilmington
in the Willingtown Square Gallery.
Viewing hours are Monday through Friday from 9a.m. to 5p.m.
