Making pine garlands,
practicing dance steps for the Twelfth Night ball
and preparing food for holiday meals and parties,
are all ways the women of the Read House,
from maid to mistress,
prepared for the holidays more than 200 years ago.

Visit the Read House this holiday season
to see how the three families who called
the Read House home
would have celebrated this festive time of year.
