Take a peek at some of the gems of our toy collection, including a doll from the 1770s, and other outstanding bisque dolls from Germany and France. One doll was made by a slave in the 1850s for the white baby for whom she cared, while other more exotic dolls were made by hand in Jamaica.  Including a tin house from 1876 and cast iron horse-drawn fire engines, the exhibit features fourteen miniature paintings from the 1864 McComb doll house. Below are other highlights you'll be able to see during your visit.
