Delaware Genealogy:
A Guide to Research in the Historical Society of Delaware Research Library

The Delaware Genealogical Society is a non-profit volunteer organization which encourages and supports genealogical research. It enjoys a close relationship with the Historical Society of Delaware, but is a separate organization.

• Meetings: 3rd Tuesday, September-November and January-May, 7:30p.m. at the Historical Society of Delaware Research Library.

• Genealogical help night at the

• Workshops, publications, and other activities.

• DGS does not have its own library, but uses and supports the Historical Society of Delaware Research Library.

• Delaware related books and materials given to DGS become part of the HSD library collections.
